You were the drummer of My Chemical Romance, a rock band from New Jersey. While you guys were touring, Christmas came around. It was a shame that none of you could book a flight to get home and back on tour fast enough to visit your families, so the mood in the tour bus hasn't been all that cheerful.

But Gerard, the lead singer, decided to try and fix things up.

It started with little comments like, "Turn that frown upside down!" And, "Have a little holiday cheer!" But then it turned into a whole obsession.

The next thing any of you knew, Gee was buying a tree for the tour bus and wrapping all the cabinets in tinsel, and hanging mistletoe over the doorway to the bathroom.

It wasn't ideal for Christmas, but it was kind of... Nice, in a way. Nice to know Gerard cared.

So you decided to buy them a gift. Shit, you bought everyone gifts.

And then, Christmas came around, and the five of you sat gathered round the crooked little tree and opened messily-wrapped gifts, laughing and making noise and overall having a good time.
