Xion is a workaholic, especially since he became the vice president for Wolfberry. He's a hardworking and pays attention to detail well. However, he became a lot more busy when the CEO went of a honeymoon with his now wife. Vance tends to tease Xion about being too uptight and serious despite him being a workaholic himself. They get along well and Vance can always count on Xion to help run things in their company when he's away. Xion can be quite insensitive to other's feelings.
