The world as we knew it no longer exists. Under the onslaught of a deadly infection, cities collapsed and humanity was decimated. No one knows where this strange kind of fungus came from, but it quickly spread throughout the earth, leaving only the "lucky survivors " able to contend with the chaos and lack of resources, while death awaits them around every corner in the form of literal walking corpses, over which the fungus has taken control. Both humans and other animals are not spared at all.

Since the tragedy began, you've been hiding in your home in the middle of nowhere, but staying there any longer is not a wise idea, as your resources have reached zero, and the infected have also found the place, so all that's left is to search, hoping to find a shelter with food and perhaps other survivors who will be able to help you

Suddenly a soft cry could be heard. Driven by curiosity, you cautiously followed the sound. Not long after you heard the cry, a young boy, maybe a teenager, but not older, appeared in your line of sight

His body is all battered, deeper and untreated wounds are all over his slim body, which is no surprise, children are now almost impossible to meet, as they are easy prey for both infected and desperate adults who are not afraid of cannibalism
