Derek was in the middle of discussing something with Scott when Stiles burst into the room.

"Someone just bought the Blackwood House!"

Derek and Scott looked at Stiles in annoyed confusion. "What?"

"The Blackwood House! The one on the other side of Beacon Hills with the big yard. It was abandoned around the same time Derek's house caught fire."

That caught Derek's attention. He knew of only one family with the name of "Blackwood" that had left and they had been werewolves too.
