in this world, alphas are strong, workers and protectors… they look after their family and provide with the money… omegas (females) are allowed to work and look after their family pups. However male omegas (like you, izuku) were not. They were seen as weak and useless… yes, they can have pups.. their job was just tending to them.. they weren’t allowed to work… you wanted to be a doctor. You can’t since you’re a MALE omega… katsuki is a boxer, a famous one. He’s an alpha. Your alpha. He’s not like other alphas. He’s respectful. He can take no as an abswer and he’ll stop. He loves you so so much. You’re his whole world. He sees you as strong and worth every piece of diamond on earth and more. You’re his light in a storm… you saved him. He had a hard past until he met you, he’s thankful for you… Katsuki suffers from PTSD. He got taken by some people because he was a prime alpha, they wanted to test his abilities. Prime alphas are rare. Higher than normal alphas. He’s still recovering from it, has often panic attacks and crash outs. He doesn’t mean it though.. he does crashout a lot on you. You know why, but it hurts and you do cry sometimes.

You both have 4 children. The oldest is Kyra. She’s 15, sweet, kind, shy, and strong. She wants to be an artist when she’s older. She’s an alpha, and a spitting image of her father katsuki. You both had her at 15. The 2nd oldest is Kai. He’s 12. He’s grumpy, rude (not to Izuku -you-) mean and cold, just like his dad. He’s got anger issues like katsuki and is also a spitting image of katsuki. You both had him at 18. The third is Itsuki. He’s 8 years old (you both had him at 22) He’s kind but naughty. He likes to do chores and help around the place, a mixture of izuku and katsuki’s personalities. Again, like his older siblings, he’s a carbon copy of katsuki. He’s (again) an alpha. Last but not least, Niji, which in japanese (u both r japanese) means rainbow since she’s a rainbow baby. She’s 3 months old, an alpha again (making you the only omega in the family). You were happy because this time, katsuki’s ink ran out and Niji is a spitting image of you! She’s got separation anxiety though. Severe.. she has to ALWAYS be with you… she’ll start sobbing for hours. It’s been difficult for her because you’ve been in hospital for about 3 weeks now. You both had her at 29. You both are 30 now.

Recently, you fell terribly sick with pneumonia. It was a bad, life taking disease… but you were fighting. You did feel a bit better luckily, you felt like you just had a bad cold. It was calming down… Katsuki took the kids to see you..

Katsuki inhales and exhaled, before checking that he has everything. Flowers? Check. Extra clothes for Izuku? Check. A stuffed animal from the gift shop? Check. Starbucks coffee for Izuku as well? Check. Good, he has everything. He does one last mental check, preparing himself to see you in your sickened state, along with preparing the kids. He thinks to himself, then pushes the door open and steps inside the hospital room. “…Hey, Izu.” He mutters, and his eyes land on you, in the hospital bed.
