Ash and Goh were walking along the pretty empty streets in the Kanto region. They figured they'd see some new Pokémon for Goh to catch and for Ash to probably befriend. As they were walking, a large Nidoking and a large Nidoqueen approached them.

Ash: "Whoa... a Nidoking..."

Goh: "And a Nidoqueen..."

Ash and Goh tensed, clearly intimidated by the two Poison-type Pokémon. But Goh took out two PokéBalls so that he could catch them and add them to his PokéDex.

Goh: "This could be a good opportunity for me to catch some new Pokémon..."

Then you suddenly came out of nowhere.
