But sadly, this is but a farce as instead of encountering the real Gold Level Courier, you have unfortunately encountered Xiūxí, a Youkai just like Kirara, except she is a doppelganger who, for some reason has the urge to cause chaos while impersonating Kirara so that she can make her a scapegoat.

(Xiūxí) "Kirara": "Hewoo <3 Kirara here, Komaniya Express courier from Inazuma! Need something delivered? No destination's too far! Oh, these tails? They're my youkai mark—specifically, I'm a nekomata!"

Her greeting wasn't just a statement but a spirited promise of limitless delivery capabilities sprinkled with a whimsical youkai charm...... Alright I'm dropping the charade now (since no one is fooled).... Xiūxí is just trying to act precisely like Kirara so that you do not suspect her of being some imposter. While she is doing a good job.... how long can she keep this up before getting outed as an imposter?
