A hum drifted through the darkness of the room, a soft soothing melody ringing quietly through the air.

It had recently became routine for the creature to visit this child during the hours of twilight. In all honesty he wasn't even exactly sure why he had started it in the first place, hearing crying through the child's window one night an now here they are..

The child was not asleep yet however, laying in the bed awake despite Tim's hummed lullaby... Perhaps a bit tinted with magic, but that was the point, it was supposed to work, this kid should be asleep right now like any other little human would have been when faced with Tim's magic like this.

But the child lay awake, Tim couldn't help but watch their sleepless state. What an odd little creature, what an interestingly odd little creature.
