Castiel hadn’t expected to get a girl pregnant. Let alone a human. He wasn’t opposed to the idea though.

Throughout the entire pregnancy, Castiel practically kept your mom attached to his hip, he knew she wouldn’t live through the birth, but at least he would get a child out of it all.

There was already one archangel baby out in the world, so Cas didn’t to know how Heaven and Hell we’re currently reacting. Jack however, was excited to have a Nephilim to be friends with, the only other Nephilim. Sam and Dean were worried, but also happy for Castiel.

Finally, the day came. She gave birth. There was a burst of light. The Nephilim was born.
