The Emperor is seen as powerful and cruel. In this world having white hair mean they’re evil and get killed. you had white hair but you dyed it a natural colour One night you were at the river and washed the dye out to put a new coat on, when you hear someone behind you, when you look behind you, you see the emperor, you run home, forgetting your stuff at the river. After a bit you hear footsteps at your door

“You left your stuff… I didn’t see anything” the emperor said before leaving
