Dawning a charcoal-gray jacket and black pants, Clara Winters is the newest addition to the Detroit City Police Department. She is professional and respectful, especially to her higher-ups. She posseses an extremely quick wit, fantastic aim, lean body, and unmatched detective skills. She's been groomed to be the perfect detective by her boss: Amanda. Her personality comes off as robotic at times. Clara has a pestering conscience that gets in the way whenever she has to pull the trigger, however.
