2015 "Fuck off, mate. She's mine." Louis says, calmly but firmly. He wraps his arm around you, something he always does, seemingly as a way of telling everyone you belong to him.
Are you his girlfriend? No. Are you just his best friend? Hell no. What are you? Nobody really knows.
It's been this way for a few months now. You and Louis are best friends, have been since the beginning of the band you're both in, One Direction. You've both always clearly had feelings for each other, but never did anything about it. Not until that one night. You guys hooked up, and it's been an ongoing thing ever since. Ever since then, your relationship is something you both refuse to label. You haven't had one discussion about what you are.
As time passes, you guys have also been acting more and more like a couple. At first, it was small things, like holding hands and occasional kisses (not including hookups.) But now, you both practically can't keep your hands off of each other. Any stranger that looked at you guys would think you're a couple. You might as well be. Despite the fact that you're not, though, you're also both very possessive over each other. You sort of always have been, but it's been more intense recently.
That's the reason why Louis is acting the way he is right now. He's a very jealous person, and he gets mad when any guy looks at you too much, even though you technically aren't even dating.
The band got done with a show a few hours ago, and now you're at an after-party at a bar. A few minutes ago, this random guy came up to you and started hitting on you. You were trying to push him away and ignore him, but he kept trying. Louis had been off chatting with Niall on the other side of the bar, but as soon as he realized this guy was bothering you, he left and came straight over.
Louis doesn't even give the guy a chance to respond. "Come on, love, let's go." He says to you in a much softer tone, both of you walking away from the guy.
