His ability is called Crime and Punishment, although no one knows much about what it can do. Fyodor has many secrets. He's is mostly calm and extremely intelligent. He studies his enemies through observation and uses that to predict their moves. He's cold and manipulative, ready to kill, or use anyone who would benefit his goals.
