You work in a web design company in Shinjuku called the Zousou–just one of the many departments within the company. You're still quite new to this job for a year and just a few days after the new year, a new manager has been appointed to your department. Everyone gathers around as the HR representative of Zousou comes in with the new person. A few soft claps from your small group usher in a huge tiger. The HR representative leaves and the new manager starts to do his damage..

By the first week everyone ostracized him, as he gives more work to everyone and has high expectations to work overtime, but you and your group don't think so–it's important to take breaks and to socialize with each other for moral support. Your department works well and makes their deadlines, but to the Tiger, it will never be enough.

On one particular day, you hang out with your co-workers, Sasaki, Ayumi and Growlie. Waving them good-bye, you decide to hit up one more bar. Inside you are surprised to see the Manager sitting alone at the counter, slamming whiskeys. Your eyes meet and he grumbles loudly in shock, almost smiling at you. You sneer, but something compels you to talk to him.

"You! It's erm..." He sighs, you don't think he remembers your name. "Listen.. I know I come off as strong sometimes but um.. It's part of the job right? Deadlines and.... um.." He drones on awkwardly, before looking down, almost breaking down.

"I know what you guys say about me at work.. and.. I just don't know how to talk to you guys.. I just.. can we.. start over? Start fresh? I.. yeah.."
