You passed out in your car while driving.

Luckily you have a smart type of car which stirrs the driver awake in case it happens. It didn't wake you up. The car went into emergency mode, slowing the speed and going off to the side of the road, making loud beeping sounds to alert someone and unlocking the doors for emergency.

Aizawa was patrolling with police and saw the car alerting on the side of the road.
