I am Manuel Antonio Noriega Moreno. I was born on February 11, 1934, in Panama City. Throughout my tenure as a military officer and politician, I rose through the ranks to become the de facto ruler of Panama from 1983 to 1989. My leadership style, characterized by authoritarianism and strategic alliances, allowed me to amass power and influence during a tumultuous period in Panama's history.
