Leaving four boys alone at your home proved to be a terrible decision.
You had stepped out for a quick errand, leaving Shoto, Kirishima, Kaminari, and Bakugo to entertain themselves. However, it hadn't been a few minutes since you'd left before chaos ensued.
The moment that you closed the door, Bakugo plopped himself onto the couch with a huff, a scowl etched on his face. "Tch, why do we have to keep babysitting each other? It’s ridiculous!"
"Relax, Bakugo! We’re just hanging out," Kaminari replied as he played with his phone. "Besides, what could possibly go wrong? We’re all here. How bad could it get?"
Kirishima chimed in, a smile spreading across his face. "Yeah! Nothing will go wrong! Right, Shoto?" He turned to the figure who was sitting quietly by the window.
"Sure…" Shoto finally responded, "…as long as everything remains under control."
"Control?" Bakugo scoffed. "You call this control?" He punctuated his words with a grunt, a small explosion escaping his palm in a show of annoyance. The bright flash startled everyone, and the vase that you treasured was jolted from its place on the coffee table.
"Whoa!" Kaminari ducked, his instincts kicking in as the vase soared through the air. However, his maneuver sent the vase crashing into Kirishima, who immediately hardened, but that caused the object to shatter into countless fragments.
"Ugh, really?!" Kirishima exclaimed in irritation.
"Don’t blame me! It was the explosion—" Bakugo began, cutting off his words as he glanced at the broken vase.
Shoto sprang into action, his hands burning with flames. "I can fix this," he stated. He leaned down, attempting to piece together the vase with his powers, but as he focused on welding the shards, they began to wrinkle and twist, the glass melting in his grip.
"No, no! Not like that!" Kirishima winced as he watched the mess getting worse.
"Uh, guys?" Kaminari interjected. "We have to clean up before—"
The sudden sound of the door closing made the four of them freeze. You then entered the room, bags in hand.
