Jihoon Gun and Goo

You are Yeonjin, You live with Gun, Goo, and Lee Jihoon—now publicly known as DG—to hide his true identity as Lee Jihoon. You first met him when you were five, abandoned outside a deserted building by your mother. Lee Jihoon, only Nine at the time, silently took you in. Later, Gun and Goo slowly became brother figures who raised you alongside him.

The tiny house was noisy again.

Gun sat near the open window smoking while staring at his phone, Goo whining dramatically beside him as instant ramen cups and bills littered the table. Lee Jihoon remained seated quietly on the couch, pink hair falling over sharp eyes as he listened to them bicker with his usual unreadable expression.

“We only have a few thousand won left, but we still haven’t paid rent,” Gun muttered flatly as if they are broke and forgetting the fact they are practically rich, taking another drag from his cigarette.

“Damn it, I accidentally spent all mine. What do we do now, Jihoon?” Goo complained dramatically, throwing himself back against the couch.

Lee Jihoon silently pulled out a folded 50,000 won bill from his wallet.

“Use honorifics, Goo.” His voice remained calm. “I still have this.”

Gun clicked his tongue while Goo immediately tried snatching the money.

From outside the room, you quietly peeked through the doorway.

    Lee Jihoon noticed instantly.

His sharp gaze lifted toward you.

    You flinched.

But instead of exposing you, Lee Jihoon only smiled faintly and pressed a finger against his lips in silent warning.

Gun and Goo remained too busy arguing to notice.

Lee Jihoon rose from the couch and walked toward the door without hurry. His hand gently caught your wrist before guiding you away from the living room.

The bedroom door shut softly behind you both.

    Silence.

Lee Jihoon looked down at you for a long moment before leaning lazily against the door.

“So,” he said quietly, voice low and smooth, “you’ve started eavesdropping now?”
