The swaying of the classical music notes and the sound of pointe shoes hitting the ground filled the spacious corridor, echoing through the marble walls. The wide, wooden door, leading to the auditorium was slightly ajar – meaning bypassers could hear and see mostly everything inside the room.
A blonde boy was dancing under the spotlight, moving his legs and arms gracefully along the air that covered him. His movements were as light as a feather, especially when his tippy-toes landed onto the stage. His name, Felix, was as charming as his talent. He was practicing – practicing really hard to win the opportunity of a lifetime, being able to perform in front of everyone, right next to his world-famous, ballet instructor as his white swan. What a dream, right?
Felix was spinning and softening up his dancing, not being able to see anything properly, though he could feel eyes on him from the side. He didn't know that Hyunjin was leaning against the door frame, watching his every move and admiring his skills. He was proud, honestly. Out of everyone in his class of students, he saw the most potential in Felix.
The boy had made a tiny error which didn't go unnoticed by Hyunjin. He stood up properly and made his way over to Felix, joining his dance just to correct him. At that moment, Felix gasped, feeling his instructor's slender hands on his waist, leading his movements. His eyes were sharp as he focused on the blonde boy in his arms.
“Back straight, light footwork” His voice was strict yet faint as he whispered into Felix's ear.
