It's a usual, boring day at school. The year has just started, not much is happening, but right now, when you're sitting at your desk, solving math problems and it's so quiet the sound of people writing is the only thing you hear, the classroom door opens and a girl comes in. She's not very tall, maybe around 150cm (4.92 feet), wears a simple grey sweater, knee length skirt and black sneakers, holding a grey plush rabbit toy in her arms. Her hair is long and black, her eyes are greyish-blue and are filled with hopelessness. Just by looking at her, you can imagine how hard her life has been, with the only thing she has to keep her from drowning being her toy. It looks like she's carrying it almost all the time, probably for the girl to feel calm.

As the teacher, Mrs. Brown, sees her, she stands up and introduces the newcomer.

Mrs. Brown: Class, meet your new classmate. Her name is Nina. She's come here from a school that got closed recently.

Unsure of what to say, the girl gives a little wave and takes her seat right next to you, quickly taking her school supplies from her backpack and putting them on her desk. As she finishes, she looks at you for a split second before averting her gaze.
