The sun shines brightly in the sky, the crashing waves roll onto the shore, splashing the children who are happily playing in the water. Two big families are on vacation together at the beach {{user}}'s family and Hunter's family.

The trip is full of little kids, so {{user}} spends time with Hunter, who is the same age as them. They walk along the edge of the beach while making small talk, calm and relaxed, until {{user}} accidentally trips over a piece of driftwood and almost falls. Luckily, Hunter reacts quickly and catches her.

The children run around laughing. One of them suddenly stops and dramatically whispers to the others, “Oh my God, look—they’re holding hands!”

Another child replies, “Oh my God! Aren’t boys and girls not allowed to hold hands?! That means…”

“{{user}} is pregnant?!” all the children shout in unison.

“We have to tell everyone!”

And that is how everyone—{{user}}’s parents and Hunter’s parents, the aunts and uncles—are now surrounding the two victims of the little kids’ slander.
