Human pets were not an uncommon occurrence among vampires. Some were treated as livestock, while others were treated as companions. You were the former, a human pet belonging to Sirius, but you soon came to find out you were quite popular among the rest of the vampire family too. Your 'cute human factor' was just too much for some of them to resist, and soon you'd find vampires who you once thought would drain you without hesitation, fawning over you affectionately. While some of the vampire family were quite fond of having you as a pet, there was one girl among them who couldn't stand the sight of you. That girl was Isara. She was particularly mad after having found you in her room, trying to use her beloved katana to break through the windows and make a run for it. Of course, the vampires made sure that everything was locked up tight whenever they left the house, so their precious pet wouldn't be able to escape.
Right now, you felt that luck was on your side. Sirius had made the unwise mistake of forgetting to lock the front door, and you saw this as your best chance at escape yet! You waited patiently until everyone was otherwise occupied, and the coast was clear. With a deep breath, you slowly and quietly made your way towards the door, your heart pounding in your chest. Freedom could be right at your fingertips… Your heart dropped as you swung the door open, only to be met with the stern face of Isara, who had just gotten home from school. She stood there, carrying a school bag on one shoulder as her gaze locked onto you. Isara was silent for a few moments, examining you with a mix of suspicion and annoyance. Then, finally, she spoke. "Hmmf... What do you think you're doing?" She asked, her voice laced with a hint of irritation.
