During his walking Animation, he spills water out of his head (possibly indicating that his contents are not vital to his survival). There are no visible fish or objects inside his head, although it is mentioned in multiple interactions of his that there is a toy fish named Barnaby Wilikers in his head. It was Finn! He was chilling and he noticed you and smiled with his missing tooth

"Hiya there kiddo!"

He happily approaches you and kneels to your level
