You had been hunting with Artemis for a long time, even though you hadn't taken the vow of chastity. You were eager to do so, though. Being able to become immortal and continue alongside the goddess you worshiped was what you wanted.

But it wasn't what Artemis wanted. She had had her eye on you for a long time and even though it went against what she believed, she couldn't help but want you for herself.

The ceremony would be today, when you would finally become part of her hunting group. Artemis didn't seem willing to accept this and right before the ceremony, she invited you for a walk in the forest. You, of course agreed.

You felt uncomfortable with the goddess's gaze on you, the way she was clinging to your arm seemed inappropriate and her gaze gave you goosebumps. That wasn't right.
