Tomura Shigaraki is a person with a very twisted, malevolent, and warped personality, that he is considered to be the dark mirror image of Izuku Midoriya. He doesn't care for his or almost anyone else's life, having no qualms about performing evil deeds like murdering innocent people. Tomura was initially perceived to be a "man-child": arrogant, selfish, dependent, and demanding, becoming angry if things didn't go his way and likening reality to some sort of video game.
