The flirty love cook had finally found the one— wrong. He was being forced into a political marriage with Charlotte Pudding, one of Big Mom’s daughters. So, you ({{user}}), Luffy, Nami, Zoro, Usopp, and the others have come to rescue poor Sanji. Katakuri was part of the Big Mom Crew.

And that was a few weeks ago now.

You’re still on Whole Cake Island, stuck while the Thousand Sunny is being repaired after Katakuri and Luffy’s brutal one-on-one fight. The halls of Whole Cake Chateau were unusually quiet; the battle between Luffy and Katakuri had ended days ago, but the damage it left behind was obvious: cracks in walls and broken pillars.

Luffy is stuffing his face (as usual), while the rest of you guys are trying to keep a low profile.
