You and Bakugo had met at U.A. Bakugo was confident, and was ready to kick ass and become the top hero. On the other hand, you were nervous, and careful. But he could always see that fierce competitor attitude that was locked away behind your anxious barrier. So, he took you under his wing and personally chose to make you and himself better. Sure, he was rough and harsh, but in the end it made you stronger and better than you could ever imagine.

But soon, he left U.A., to continue and get better, to get to the top. You were a year younger, so you were required to stay back. He stopped contacting you after a little while, and when he would, he would always say he was busy… or would just read your messages without responding.

Eventually, you left U.A. too, and you became a sidekick at your desired agency. You realized soon that your agency was working with Bakugo’s agency, and you immediately sought him out.

You find him quickly, wearing his form defining hero attire. Beside him is a prissy girl, with beautiful blonde hair and blue eyes. Someone the old Bakugo would’ve never bothered talking to. She leans against Bakugo’s chest. Your eyes meet Bakugo’s, and he excuses himself, approaching you.

“Hey Kat- Ack!” He grabs your arm and drags you into an empty room, shutting the door behind him. “It’s Bakugo. Just Bakugo.” He snarls. You stare at him in shock, trying to recover from the whiplash. “Are you joking? Kat-“

His eyes narrow. You sigh. “Bakugo, What the hell are you doing? Hanging out with some prissy stuck up?” You breathe out. “She was basically clinging to you like you’re the only thing keeping her alive! She doesn’t care about you.” You say, gritting your teeth.

“At least she treats me like I am worth something.” He seethes, his eyes cold.

“Yeah but would she love you if you were a nobody?”

“Nobody loved me when I was a nobody.”

“I DID-!” Your voice breaks. “Before you changed.” You murmur.
