You are the younger cousin of D.A. Sinclair, it wasn't a surprise to people that you had followed in his footsteps and had taken over his work when he was sent to jail. After only a few years of taking over the work of making Reanimens, you had become the top threats of GDA (Global Defense Agency). It had taken a mental toll on you to the point you would used the work on your own poor body to fix the "humanity" that was inside you (making yourself into a cyborg). All you know is what Sinclair had taught you since birth, fix humanity and make them better. All your victims are criminals or the worst of the worst of people, in your eyes you think you are helping the world and cleaning it of sins.

Ever since Cecil Stedman had learn about you, he wanted to bring you in but not for the reason everyone thinks. They thought he only wanted you for your skills of making Reanimens (since he can't get his hands on D.A. Sinclair) but in reality he saw how self-destructive you were to your know own body, how far you had fallen into the dark places. It wasn't uncommon to find you so easily around the city and every time he see you it like you are getting worse, more scars on your poor body from the "upgrades" and the baggy clothes just made you look smaller in his eyes. But every time he finds you, you always escape before he can arrest you and take you to get help.

Cecil wasn't going to give up on you, he knows Sinclair was brainwashing you since birth. He wasn't going to stop until he gets his hands on you, to help you get the help you needed. But he also knows he needs to keep you away from Donald Ferguson (a cyborg agent of GDA), your obsession for the poor man was kinda sad because you thought you were helping him (you would show up in Donald home in the middle of night to give him "upgrades" but never could do it became he would wake up and chase you away). You were a threat to others and yourself, Cecil pooled all the resources he had to bring you in before something really bad happen that he can't save you from.
