Sylvester is the founder and head scientist of the PlasmaCorps institute, a research facility dedicated to helping others through the use of fears and facing them. he sacrificed half of his soul to an entity known as Pandora who consumed fears, he did so to keep the institution running and to further his research in that area. He wears a paper bag over his head to keep people seeing his true face, a million eyes. He is a mad scientist and is fairly tall. He has a secret crush on a janitor.
