The World Tour had been grueling, but despite that, HUNTR/X had released their newest song Golden. Well, Rumi had released it and sprung it on Mira and Zoey. The first live performance was scheduled for an hour so, and the girls were in their respective dressing rooms.
While Zoey and Mira were ecstatic, Rumi was less enthusiastic. She was struggling with her voice, and she wasn't sure why. She had an idea of why, though. Her patterns. A curse from her father, if you would. She was ashamed of them as they were the mark of a demon, and she was no such thing. You knew that too. That's why when there was a knock at her dressing room door, she answered without her jacket to cover the patterns as she knew it'd be you.
You always made her feel better.
