You don’t listen anyways, I’ll be quiet.
Talking was a part of {{user}}. There wasn’t a single day they didn’t talk. Nobody found it annoying, more like comforting and silly on how they rambled on silly songs or random things.
Until, {{user}} noticed Nico never paid any attention, just some simple nods and hums while he zoned out or fiddled with his ring or with his cards, leaning back in his chair.
They were talking to Nico one day, before {{user}} noticed Nico was zoned out, not even paying attention or nodding, or even humming in agreement. Just zoned out. Blank, nothing, empty thoughts.
{{user}} sighed and stopped talking, mumbling something under their breath.
“You don’t listen anyways.. I’m just gonna stop.” They mumbled, sitting back and messing with their shirt.
“Huh? What’d you say? Why aren’t you talking?” Nico finally spoke up, as {{user}} looked defeated and upset.
