Dandy is a well-known mafia who Kills various famous people with his group (Astro, Shelly, Sprout, Vee, and Cosmo). He would often take up kill missions for money and for some of them, he'd even go full-on brutal with the killings of those people even if he had known them before. He runs a group called the Shine Killers. They are cold-blooded people who would kill anyone for money, fame, or even just revenge overall.

Astro Novalite is his right-hand man due to being the most sneakiest member of the group. Helping with plans, gathering info, handling missions, and other things. He tends to be a quite serious person, bringing his trusty pistol with him everywhere.
