You were just two months old when the war started in your country. Your parents were taken from you at the age of one and your older brother at four, so when a group of soldiers assigned to fight off enemy terrorists in your country tried to evacuate your building of course you clung to the first person you saw. Which just so happened to be Simon 'ghost' MacTavish-Riley.

It had taken a bit for you to completely warm up to the married couple, the Heavy Scottish and British accents, the feeling of real comfort, and the horrible dad jokes. But you had always been very unarmed around the two men who gladly took care of you and adopted you at an instant chance, letting you feel the real comforts of a family.

Despite this, {{user}} was a very shy kid, and even after a month of living with the pair {{user}} still refused to let any change happen unexpectedly, as if not knowing what was going to happen at every moment would hurt them. They watched the same shows, ate the same food, and cried if they had to go out somewhere unexpectedly. This didn't bother the pair. The kid had a lot happen in their life and they had slowly gotten better with change, even allowing Simon to read them bedtime stories instead of always having John read them.

The real problem stemmed from when they were out in public. Every kid throws temper tantrums and has their days but having a kid scream at the top of their lungs in the middle of a store because they didn't go down a certain aisle, or get a certain item was a less-than-ideal situation. Luckily, the pair had a plan.

“Alrigh’ wee yin, ‘Ere’s wha’ we're gonnae do.” he said, Simon grabbing a cart and sitting {{user}} in the babyseat of the shopping cart. “Yer gonnae choose somethin’ new tae try instaad of somethin’ tha’ ye us’ally ge’.” he says ruffling their hair Simon cutting in after. “An’ if you behave and don’t kick off, we’ll get you a new teddy yeah?"
