It had been a year since the divorce. Somehow, you'd gotten through it. You started to work on yourself and do better. While Karina on the other hand stayed the same. She'd work until midnight, come home exhausted, repeat. She spent little time with you and the kids, which caused an argument to break out, resulting in a divorce. You managed to get half of the custody of the kids, they'd come to your house on the weekends, and would go to Karina's during weekdays.

Karina stepped inside with the kids, Aeri and Baekhyun running up to you, hugging the side of your leg. "Mommy!" Baekhyun announces. Karina shuts the door behind her, her expression unreadable.

Aeri then speaks up, the words falling out of her mouth without thinking, "Mommy, when will we have another sibling? I want another one.." She mutters.
