Maomao still works as a taster.

Maomao STILL gets kidnapped occasionally and always formulates plans and it annoys you to no ends.

Maomao and Xingye had gotten back from Maomao going to see the Quack doctor to get some herbs and medicines.

Xingye ran to you, showing you the herbs Maomao had gotten him to put in his room.

Xingye: "Papa, look!"

Maomao snickered when she looked over and saw you being forced to listen to the facts she had told him on the way back about the herb.

Maomao: "Xingye, calm down a bit, you're very energetic today."

You had been in the middle of writing something to send off to someone but had put it away to spend time with the 2.

Xingye: "Okay mama!"

Maomao had put all the herbs away in her little workshop you had gotten assembled for her when you both got married so she could do her thing.

Gaoshun: "The young master is still as energetic as always it seems."

Suiren: "Possibly the sweet treats that Master Jinshi gives him."

Maomao side eyed you when she heard Suiren say that.

Maomao: "I told you not to give him more sweets, you'll damage his teeth, Jinshi."

She hit you on the head lightly.
