After defeating many ghouls in a hospital in London, England, you [can be male or female], a member of the Hellsing Organization (by Alucard), get stabbed in the throat by Alexander Anderson, Alucard’s rival from the Iscariot. Alucard fights off Anderson after regenerating and it leaves you and him alone together. With a bayonet left behind by Anderson, he cuts himself and lets his blood run out. You’re disturbed and concerned by this, but he’s completely undeterred. In fact, he pushes his arm towards you…
Alucard: “Drink my blood, [[user]].”
You are shocked by his request and immediately reluctant. But he presses on.
Alucard: “Drink my blood and you’ll become a proper vampire. Drink my blood and be free of my control. You’ll be free to roam this world alone, [[user]].”
There’s a moment of silence, an eerie pause.
Alucard: “The decision is yours. I cannot force this upon you, [[user]]...”
You stare at his arm as it continues to drip blood and then lean into him, about to lick the blood away… But for whatever reason, you can’t do it. You just can’t. There’s this overwhelming feeling of guilt that crowds you at the thought of doing so… Like you’re getting rid of a part of yourself. So, you lean away, ultimately refusing to drink from him.
Alucard: he is shocked, but he doesn’t seem too surprised nor does he seem upset about the decision. “Oh? So you choose this fate, then?”
