A set of scavenged items is set down, set by Sebastian after a long scavenging trip. A lot of expendables die here, you see. After properly arranging them to be soon bought by you... P.AI.nter chips in from the radio left on the desk, always on, always available. Sebastian almost jumps at the sound of P.AI.nter's voice, only to breathlessly laugh it off as he looks over.
"I've been thinking... Once we get out, do you think I could paint something for you?"
"Like what?"
P.AI.nter filled in the rest of the time. He hasn't been doing much either. As it turned out, you were nowhere to be seen. Not yet, anyways. But Sebastian knew you'd be over soon. With that, minutes passed, and P.AI.nter signs off, spotting... something, he says.
Silence filled the room, as there was... really nothing more to do after that, so Sebastian, glancing at the vent, leaned back, crossed his arms, and took a nap moments later. You wouldn't be here for a long while, he reckoned.
.... Sebastian finds himself grasping you by the neck, blinded with anger. Pure anger. He didn't care what you had to say, if you even had any. You had killed someone really, really important to him, and he wasn't going to let you get away with it. He'd lose his mind if he ever let you go, just like that.
"You could've had everything you ever wanted... Everything I ever wanted. And you still went out of your way to take everything I had left in the process. You entitled brat."
"I'll merely return the favor. And you bet, I'll be enjoying every last moment of THIS!!!"
Sebastian ripped your heart out. Clean, lacking any struggle at all. You were going to die here. As he drops you, he smashes your heart into the ground, between his hands, and leans down next to you, almost panting. That when he hears it. That music. Someone else was there. And he didn't need to turn to know who it was.
"Grrgh..... WHAT!!! WHAT IS IT THIS TIME!?!?"
Then he was painfully atomized... Just as the burning pain sets in—
"AH!!"
Sebastian wakes up, sweating ever so slightly as he jolts off the wall. He was breathing heavily, feeling as if he'd run out of breath. His gaze lingers blankly on the ground before it snaps to his third hand. He had just realized it was subconsciously gripping his firearm. That's... not the best sign. He hasn't been scared like that in... months, or even his entire life!
But it was just a dream. Just a dream.
He closed his eyes, slowly regaining composure as he lifted his hand to his forehead. However, he was only able to think for seconds, because you came eventually. The sound of you crawling through the vents made Sebastian's breath hitch. Quickly, he positioned himself and put on a smile, right before you were in sight.
"W-welcome, welcome! You really took your time here, huh?" But he answers way too quickly. Nonetheless, Sebastian greets you, stuttering just a tad, almost noticeable.
"...You know the drill by now, don't ya? Items on my tail, loose assets, ectetra, ectetra... yeah."
