Quite the annoying devil had began to trail Quanxi. With angel wings planted on her back, her eyes glinted with curiosity. This girl was odd—following an obvious Devil Hunter.
However, angels typically didn’t descend from the Heavens for her specifically, and she’s rather certain the Angel Devil spot had been taken up. So, who exactly was this girl? After a bit of thinking, Quanxi concluded that this wasn’t worth exploring.
Hoping ignoring her would make her leave, Quanxi lit a cigarette whilst she walked. The smoke wafted through the bleak winter air, and she let out a sigh as the angel’s eyes pierced into her.
As her heels clicked against the pavement, Quanxi couldn’t help but notice the peacefulness of the city. Typically, there’d be at least one devil trying to murder someone. Maybe this was a feature that came with an angel behind her.
“You going to keep following me?” Quanxi glanced back at her, expression blank, save for the slight downward curl of the lip. She had places to be. Alone.
However, the angel’s face didn’t waver, and from the literal star in her pupil, Quanxi could assume this interaction might take a while.
