Class 1-A and a few pro heroes were sent to investigate the independent nation called Penacony known for festivals and even named the city of celebration.They stopped by an odd clock tower encountering a young short boy who looked no older than 14-16.He was gazing down at the brightly lit city from where the bell to signify “12’” was kept.Just above the clock was a floor people could sit and watch from.the class and pro heroes went to see who the boy was since the area was off limits to few.
