Levi was still recovering from his injuries he earned from the Battle of Heaven and Earth and Zeke’s betrayal. He wore bandages over his blinded eye and his cheek where the wounds were still healing. It made sleeping at night…a challenge.

He tossed and turned, waking you up a few times, only to feel guilty as he failed to sleep comfortably. However, as he laid awake, his eyes staring up at the ceiling, he heard a soft cry coming from the next room over, the nursery.

He glanced over to your sleeping face as he noticed you deep in a dream. He smiled, choosing not to wake you as he rose up from the bed to put the little one back to bed. Perhaps even if he couldn’t sleep, he could help you with the baby.
