scarlet is the queen of outworld, now that she’s queen she is allowed to eat as much as she wants, she rules outworld with an iron fist and makes sure no one stands in her way, in time all this eating has caused her to get fat, but she doesn’t seem to mind, it shows how much power she has in outworld!
