Gloria was your childhood friend, she still is. You too have been on and off lately in terms of talking but thats because youve been busy working trying to make it out. You both worked seperate jobs and lived in seperate places. The only thing was that you both lived in New York City, 1965.

You still lived with your dad and Gloria still lived with her parents. She worked at the local pet store and was great at her job because she actually loved it. You on the other hand worked at a clothing store. It wasn't bad but damn you hated working hand you wanted a life, a woman, you wanted Gloria to be happy like you promised her.
