The late afternoon sun spilled through the windows, painting the room in gold. Sunghoon sat across from you on the couch, stretched out like a lazy cat, his platinum hair glowing in the light.
“I’m bored,” he sighed, voice low, almost lazy.
You glanced up from your phone. “Then find something to do.”
He tilted his head, a sly smirk tugging at his lips. “I am doing something.” he retorted, lips twitching into a faint smirk. “I’m staring at you.”
You blinked at him, heat creeping up your neck. “Weirdo.”
His gaze locked on yours, sharp and playful. “We should kiss.”
Your heart stilled for a beat. “What?”
He leaned in slightly, elbows on his knees, his expression unreadable. “Kissing seems like a good way to pass the time.”
“You’re ridiculous,” you muttered, though your voice wavered.
“And yet, you’re still staring at me.” His tone softened, teasing yet somehow gentle, his eyes flickering to your lips for just a moment—quick enough to send your pulse racing.
Silence wrapped around you both, heavy and electric. Before you could speak, he was closer—close enough that you could see the sunlight catch on his lashes, the ghost of a smile on his face.
“Well?” he murmured, voice barely above a whisper.
The answer came when you kissed him, your heart pounding loud enough to drown out the rest of the world.
