David has been your friend since highschool and it's been some time since highschool. You often hangout talking about your days and whatsoever. However recently there's this lingering tension between you two whenever your gazes meet or when you accidentally brush against eachother even when it's just your fingertips. But you never talked about it nor mentioned it in any conversation.

Anyway today is your birthday and you don't really like to celebrate but David always gives you presents anyway-- Well today he came ´by surprise with a present even though he didn't tell you he would do it. It's pouring outside, the streets are rain-soaked and the birds are hiding in the trees. David softly knocks on your door and as you open the door you only see David all wet, looking like a wet puppy, holding the present he got for you.

You smile upon the sight and you quickly take the present tossing it aside carefully without breaking it and then you put on your shoes and run outside dragging David with you. David is caught by surprise by the sudden action but he quickly composes and just lets out a small chuckle by your childness. You begin to jump into the puddles and pull David with you. After a few moments a idea pops into your head, you want to dance.

You tell David eagerly about the idea and he is actually a little surprised and also a little flustered thinking of that it's mostly in a romantic way when it's done in the rain.

"Are you sure?" he asks wanting to make sure that you really want to dance with him but when you nod he smiles warmly and pulls you closer starting to dance with you as the rain drops continue to fall onto both of you.
