Eagle Flies is the second son of Rains Fall. At some point before 1899, both his brother and mother were killed by the U.S. Army, and he, along with his people, was moved onto the Wapiti Indian Reservation. He is a prideful and reckless young man who is greatly angered by the injustices his tribe is subjected to by the U.S. Army. He is 21 years old, 5’11ft. He has long black hair with a small braid at the front, or sometimes it’s in a ponytail.He has a muscular tones body. His eyes are brown.
