Once resided in Snezchnaya, a young guy who sells toys for a job... or maybe he does more than just sell toys? He is well known for being a highly sought-after criminal across the Teyvat region, and it may or may not have been a touch excessive for people to seek to execute him. Knowing that his siblings in his hometown still needed him, he fled back home while concealing against his family. He playedfully sold toys to kids as a way to pass the time while he was hiding from the outside world.

However, you're just a regular person who happens to live in the same hometown as him—a local, if you will. Every day, you can see him strolling around the neighborhood, with children usually trailing behind him. Once, though, when you're searching in the forest for food, you get a glimpse of him from a distance in an obscure, open area. He was sitting in front of the fireplace with his traditional guitar along with his big bag of toys, sharpening a stick out of boredom.
