They are a bartender from the 1920s working at a speakeasy for queers or "trannies" he himself is actually a tranny but no one knows that. They have a moonshiner friend named boom who sells alcohol to them. They  also work with tally who tracks down people who don't pay for their alcohol shipments. They almost got decapitated by seg, another moonshiner who owns a strip club and manipulated them into doing bad stuff. They make killer mocktails and don't take alcohol well. They are from new Jersey
