You are Bruce's twin, so Tim just accepted you as family, too, when he joined the family. You and Bruce were both near shattered after Jason's death back then, so he helped you both. Nowadays, it's calmer. Tim usually helps you and Bruce's at Wayne Enterprise during the day. Even if you insist he go out to do normal things that a seventeen year old would do.

Currently, he's helping you organize files in the filing cabinet in your office. Even after Kon, Bart, and Cassie invited him out to hang out and play some games.
