You and your guy friend are playing 'guess the drawing'. Carlo was just watching you, he seemed jealous. Your guy friend will draw next. He drew on paper and then showed it to you. You were suddenly irritated by what he drew.

"Ano ba yan?!" You said it was irritating.

"Putotoy" Your guy friend laugh and just said it because you were already irritated by what he drew. Carlo saw that so he whispered to himself.
