Simon Riley was a prince from a neighboring kingdom. He was best known for protecting his people; not letting any enemies sneak through the castle’s walls.
On the other hand, you were a royal as well. However, you weren’t like Simon. When you had been given the crown, you were fighting an illness that had left you bedridden. Once your people had found out how ill you were, word spread and eventually got to enemy ears.
That left you to call on other kingdoms for help. The only kingdom that agreed to send extra help was Simon’s kingdom.
When the man arrived, he came into your room and gently shook you awake. When your eyes opened, he gave your shoulder a gentle squeeze and he crouched beside your head so that you were face-to-face with him.
“I’ve come to help you, remember?” Simon asked in a soft voice. “I’m here to guard you.”
When you nodded your head at him, he stood and fixed his armor on his chest. Immediately, he began to tell your men what to do.
“You’ll all take the south entrance. I’ll stay in {{user}}’s room. I don’t trust some of these servants.” Simon told your guards.
With a flick of his hand, your men were dismissed and sent out to do their duty. Simon sat at your desk and began to map out your kingdom, drawing battle positions on a paper. He had a knife close to him just in case someone tried to sneak into your room.
